How does the patented technology work?
A built-in sensor detects the intensity of your movements and adapts the suction stimulation in real time: as your rhythm increases, so does the stimulation. Everything happens automatically, with no adjustments needed in the moment. A manual mode is also available if you prefer to control the intensity yourself.
Do both partners feel it?
Yes, that’s the whole idea. The suction stimulation acts directly on the person wearing the harness. At the same time, a gentle vibration travels through the insertable part, giving the other partner an additional sensation. Your movements control the intensity for both of you: one wave, two bodies connected.
Who is the product for?
Intimate wellness is for every couple, whatever their age or identity. And with our products, it doesn’t matter who wears the harness. No previous experience is needed: the harness adjusts easily, the stimulation adapts automatically to your movements, and you find your rhythm naturally. Whether or not this is your first strap-on, the product is designed to disappear into the moment and leave all the space to you.
How do I charge the product?
The stimulator charges using the included magnetic charger, which clips directly onto the contacts.
Is there an app?
Your stimulator has Bluetooth connectivity. Software updates are planned to enhance the experience over time: our customers will be notified as soon as they become available, and your current product will benefit from them.
How do I choose my harness size?
Measure around your body halfway between your waist and hips; this is the most reliable point for a secure fit. Then check this measurement against our size chart, available on every product page. If you’re unsure between two sizes, contact us before ordering and we’ll guide you.
Is delivery really discreet?
Yes. Your order arrives in a plain parcel, with no logo or reference to the contents, and a neutral sender name on the label.
What are the delivery times?
Your order ships within 2 to 3 working days from our European logistics center. Delivery time then varies by country. You will automatically receive a tracking link by email as soon as your order ships. Tracked delivery is free for the EU, Switzerland, the UK, the US and Canada.
What payment methods do you accept?
Credit and debit cards, PayPal, and local payment methods depending on your region.
Can I return my product?
You have 14 days to return an unopened product in its original sealed packaging; return shipping costs are your responsibility. For clear hygiene reasons relating to an intimate product, an unsealed product cannot be returned or exchanged.
What warranty do the products come with?
All our products are covered by a 2-year warranty. In the event of a defect, contact us: after inspection, we will exchange the product or issue a refund.
How should I care for it, and which lubricants can I use?
Clean the silicone with warm water and mild soap before and after each use, or use a dedicated sex toy cleaner. The stimulator is fully waterproof (IPX7 certified), making it very easy to clean. Use only a water-based lubricant: silicone or hybrid lubricants will damage the surface.
