Return and Refund Policy
At Let's Share, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If something isn't right, our return process is simple and transparent. Here's everything you need to know.
Returns within 14 days
You have 14 days from the date you receive your order to let us know you'd like to return it. Once your return is approved, you have a further 14 days to send the item back to us.
For hygiene reasons, the product must be unused, undamaged and in its original sealed packaging.
Return shipping costs
Return shipping is at your expense, except when:
- The product arrived faulty or damaged
- We made an error with your order
Items we cannot accept
For clear hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns of:
- Products that have been opened or used
- Bespoke items made to your personal specification
Choosing a size or a colour from our standard range does not count as a bespoke item: your right of return applies as normal.
Even if your situation falls outside these terms, write to us anyway. We always reply.
Pre-orders
Once your pre-order has been delivered, the same terms apply: 14 days from receipt to notify us, then 14 days to send the item back. To be eligible, the product must be unused, in its original condition with undamaged packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.
How to start a return
Email us at info@lets-share.com with:
- Your order number
- The product concerned
- The reason for the return
- A video showing the issue
The video is required for your request to be processed. Please send it as a direct attachment or through a publicly accessible link that does not require an access request.
Our team will get back to you quickly with the next steps, including labelling and shipping instructions for your return parcel.
Processing time
Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll keep you updated on the status of your refund. Processing times can vary, particularly during holiday periods and busy seasons.
Responsibility for the return parcel
You are responsible for the parcel until it reaches our premises. We recommend using a tracked service so that delivery of your return can be confirmed.
Warranty
Our products are covered by a 2-year warranty from the date of delivery, covering manufacturing defects and technical failures. Within this period, we will arrange an exchange or a replacement of the product concerned.
The warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, damage resulting from misuse, drops, immersion contrary to the instructions, or any work carried out by a third party.
This warranty is in addition to the rights the law gives you as a consumer.
Faulty or incorrect items
If your product arrives faulty or doesn't match your order, we will arrange an exchange or a replacement. Please report the issue as soon as you notice it.
Customs duties and import charges
For deliveries outside the European Union, import VAT, customs duties and carrier clearance fees are payable by the recipient on delivery. These amounts are set by your local customs authority and are not refundable by Let's Share.
